AI scheduling bot sent my crew to the wrong site, 2 hours lost

Tried one of those new AI dispatch tools for my fencing crew last Tuesday. It read the job notes wrong and sent all three guys to an old address across town. We didnt catch it until the customer called asking where we were, that was a fun conversation. The app even flagged the conflict but I ignored the warning because it seemed like false alarm. Lost two hours of labor and had to rebook the whole afternoon. Anyone else had an AI tool misfire on basic location data like this, or am I just cursed with bad luck?

Those location flags are actually pretty reliable in my experience, Ive had it save me twice when job notes had old info. I get ignoring them though, the alerts pop up so often they start to feel like noise. Hope the customer was cool about it at least.
