Chose a foot-powered pump over electric, 3 months later no regrets
Had to pick for my off-grid cabin near Flagstaff. Electric needed solar upgrades, way more money. Got a 2-gallon manual pump for $40. Takes 10 minutes to fill a tank but it's quiet and never breaks. My buddy laughed at me. Then his electric died during a blackout. Anyone else stick with the dumb version on purpose?

10 minutes of pumping for every tank sounds like a workout I'd skip.
