Stop posting old chain email forwards as screenshots, they're not vintage, they're just junk
I've seen like 15 screenshots this week of those 'forward this to 10 people or bad luck' emails from 2009 and that's not what this sub is for, those were annoying then and they're just spam now, so can we agree to only post real personal emails with actual names and dates in them?

Honestly my buddy got dragged into one of those chain emails back in like 2012 and it somehow got forwarded to his whole work department including the CEO. The email said if you break the chain your crush will die and someone added a fake attachment about a virus that would delete your hard drive. He still gets roasted at reunions about it. That stuff was never funny, it was just annoying spam that clogged up everyone's inbox for a week. Screenshots dont make it nostalgic, it just brings back the dread of opening your email. If people want vintage, go find actual old emails with real conversation and personality in them.
