Traded my DSLR for a point and shoot at a camera meetup in Austin
I swapped my bulky Canon for a tiny Lumix last weekend and honestly my back and my shots are both happier, the old one sat in a drawer for 2 years anyway. Anyone else downsize gear and find the lighter setup gets way more use?

Tbh my buddy did the exact same thing last year. He had this massive Nikon setup he'd cart around for years, never even pulled it out of the bag half the time. Swapped it for an old Ricoh GR and now he shoots nearly every day on his lunch break. He said the only reason he kept the big camera was because he felt like he had to use it. Now he just slips the little thing in his jacket pocket and gets way better shots because he's actually taking them.
