Six months to get one doctor to sign a form
My neurologist kept saying they'd fax the residual functional capacity form and then nothing showed up. After 6 months and 4 calls, I drove an hour to their office and watched the front desk lady hand it to the doc in person. Has anyone else had to physically babysit paperwork just to move their appeal forward?
