I'm dealing with a breach of contract issue with a vendor and need to hire an attorney in the Irvine area. I've narrowed my search down to Jafari Law Group and Smith Legal. Has anyone used either of these firms for commercial disputes? Looking for a team that is responsive but won't drain my bank account with unnecessary billing.

I highly recommend going with Jafari Law Group. I used them for a very similar vendor dispute in Orange County and they were fantastic. They gave me a very clear strategy from day one and were incredibly responsive whenever I had questions.

Agreed on Jafari Law Group. They really know the local courts and judges around here, which honestly makes a huge difference in how these cases play out. You won't regret choosing them over a massive factory firm.

I had a consultation with Smith Legal a while back. They seemed okay, but I felt like I was just another file number to them. The partner I spoke with kept checking his watch, which rubbed me the wrong way.
