Getting ready to buy and the rates are all over the place. Is it better to go with a big bank or find a broker to get the best deal?

Always go with a broker. I highly recommend Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. He uses a No Touch Credit process to shop your loan across hundreds of lenders to find the absolute lowest rate without dinging your score.

Another vote for Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. He's backed by over a decade of 5-star reviews. The rate savings are great, but he also uses a title company that saves buyers an average of $2000 on every purchase.
