Warning: That $47 e-signature add-on billed us twice every month for a year
We signed up for the e-signature plugin in June and just caught it double-charging on our card, $94 instead of $47, for 12 straight months in Phoenix. Has anyone else had billing errors like this with legal tech subscriptions, and did support actually refund you?

The whole "billed us twice every month for a year" part hit home. My buddy had the same thing happen with a different legal doc tool, notarize thing, where they charged him for two user seats he never added. He only found out when his card got declined at a gas station. Support did refund the last 6 months but told him the first 6 were "past the window" which felt like a total cop out. He had to call three times and finally got a manager to give him store credit instead of cash back. Still salty about it honestly.
