Yes! We've been with them for about 18 months now. Onboarding was surprisingly easy—they assigned a dedicated account manager who walked us through everything. The agents are legit trained on legal intake, not just generic call center people. Our missed call rate dropped to almost zero.

I was skeptical at first because they only work with law firms, but that specialization really shows. Their conflict check process alone saved us from a couple of messes. Worth every penny.

Seconding the recommendation. We're a national PI firm and they handle all our after-hours seamlessly. They also do text and chat for us now, which has been great for lead gen. Definitely not marketing fluff.
