Pro tip: A bleach mix went orange on a client's dark brown hair in my chair yesterday.
I was in the middle of a full highlight at the downtown salon and had to switch to a violet toner on the fly. Anyone else have a go-to fix for unexpected warmth on level 5 hair?

Wait, does toner actually work on orange or does it just make it muddy? I tried it once and it looked worse lol

Oh man, I feel your pain on this one. Orange is such a stubborn color to fix without going full swamp monster. You basically need a blue-based toner and hope for the best, but yeah, it can definitely turn muddy if you leave it on too long.
