Clients who move too much during a precision cut drive me nuts
Had a guy today who wouldn't stop fidgeting while I was trying to line up his fade. Every time I got the clippers close, he'd shift or turn his head. I finally had him hold onto the chair arms and told him to pretend he was stuck in place. That little trick kept him still enough for me to finish cleanly. Never thought I'd use a mind game like that, but it saved the haircut.

Man, I feel this so hard. I had a client last week who kept ducking his head forward every single time I went for the back line. It was like he was trying to catch a fly with his forehead. I ended up putting a hand on his crown and just holding him steady, told him it was a new head massage technique. He bought it and finally chilled out. You gotta get creative sometimes.

Welp, I'm probably that guy. Sorry!

What finally helped me was waiting an hour before hitting reply to let things cool off.
