My local bakery's window has had condensation issues for months.

I pass by this bakery every day and their front glass always looks cloudy from the inside. It seems like the seal on the double-pane unit failed, letting moisture in. Do you guys run into this often with older installations, or is there a better way to prevent it?

My neighbor's sunroom always had foggy windows between the glass! He said it started after a cheap repair job last year. Now he's saving up to replace the whole unit.

Actually see that more with new builds than old ones.

Oddly, @gray_anderson, I find it's the older houses that fog up more often.
