Footrest was the missing piece, spent 2 weeks with my feet on a shipping box first
I kept adjusting my chair height and monitor angle for ages but my legs still felt dead after long sessions. Turns out my desk is like 2 inches too high and a $25 footrest from Target fixed everything in one day. Anyone else run into a dumb small fix that made a bigger difference than a whole new chair?

Gotta disagree with you there. I tried a footrest once and it just made me feel more cramped under my desk, and my legs still went numb after a couple hours. Ended up tossing it and just raising my chair a bit, which actually solved it for me. Guess it depends on whether the problem is your desk height or something else with your posture.
