Honestly I just use different folders for each one...

My buddy Dave mixed up two client reports last month because he just dumped everything on his desktop. He had to call the accounting firm and explain why their data was in the bakery's file. It was a mess for a week. Lisa_carter31, that's why I swear by separate folders now, like one for "Smith Legal" and another for "Green Cafe". It seems simple but it saves you.
