Switching to value-based pricing was a game-changer for my sanity.

Less stress and more profit from the same work.

How do you even handle scope changes now without that old hourly dread? I used to feel my stomach drop when a client asked for "one more tiny thing," watching the clock tick away unpaid hours. Now if they want to add a feature that doubles the project's impact for them, the price change talks about that impact, not my time. It turns a tense talk about billing into a normal business chat about what the new goal is worth.

Basing price changes on impact instead of hours? I'm stunned clients don't demand itemized time sheets.

Turning billing tension into business chat is the real win. It gets everyone focused on value instead of watching the clock.
