Read an article last week about a foundry in Ohio hitting similar numbers. They talked about how tight control on pouring temperature was the real game changer. Your post makes me believe it. Twelve tons is a massive run with zero defects. That kind of consistency is the dream. Sounds like your process is locked in tight right now.

Yeah, that Ohio foundry's right about pouring temp, but you gotta watch your cooling rate just as close.
