That "just follow Pinterest boards" line... it's everywhere now. My barber gets told he just copies Instagram cuts. The guy who fixed my deck "just watches YouTube." It's like people think if you can see how something's done, doing it well requires no skill. Makes you want to ask them to try it themselves for a day.

Honestly, how many people could actually copy a Pinterest board and make it look good? The gap between seeing and doing is huge.
