I just trimmed my 500th hoof this morning and the number kind of blew my mind

I was cleaning up my truck after a full day and decided to count up my logbook entries from the last two years. I mean, I knew I was busy, but seeing that exact 500 written down felt different. It's not just a number, it's all those horses and all that trust from their owners. Has anyone else hit a personal milestone that made you stop and think about the work?

Man, that's a huge number. You should take a picture of that logbook page. I started doing that with my own work notes, just a quick phone pic on big milestones. It makes it real, you know? It's not just another day, it's proof of all that effort. Makes you look back and really see the road you've traveled.

Lol I can already see the accidental masterpiece. My last milestone pic was half a coffee stain and my own thumb over the important number. Classic. You're right though, @the_reese, it does hit different when you actually look back at the physical proof. Like that one page where my handwriting goes from neat to a doctor's scrawl over the course of a single Tuesday. Tells the whole story.
