Tried two different methods for clearing a stubborn milia cluster

On a regular client, I used a standard lancet for months with okay results, but after switching to a micro-cautery pen for the same spot, the extraction was cleaner and healed in half the time. The heat seemed to seal the area better and prevent the little bumps from refilling so quickly. Has anyone else made this switch and noticed a real difference in healing or recurrence?

Wait, you used a LANCET for MONTHS?

Yeah I totally did that once. Just kept using the same lancet until it felt dull, which took forever honestly. Saved me a ton of money on supplies.
