Shoutout to the client who asked for a 'quick wax' on her entire back

Tried doing it with my usual small pot of hard wax versus breaking out the roller system for large areas. The roller got it done in 15 minutes flat, while the pot method would've taken me 45 and a lot more frustration. What's your go-to for big, unexpected jobs like that?

Right? Who even thinks a full back is a quick job? I mean, I've had people ask for that last minute and it's a total game changer to have the right gear ready. Makes me wonder how many other techs are just suffering through the small pots for no good reason.

Her entire back" is a wild thing to just spring on someone.

Nah, it's not that wild. People walk in with big ideas all the time. A full back piece is a commitment, but it's just another job to plan for. You talk it through, book the time, and get it done. Surprises are part of the work.
