I used to think microneedling was just for scars, but a client's skin changed my mind

About three years ago, I was working at a spa in Denver and a regular came in with really dull, tired looking skin. She asked about microneedling for brightness and I kinda brushed it off, saying it was mostly for texture issues like acne scars. Fast forward to last month, she came back to my new place and her skin looked amazing, super glowy and even. She told me she'd been getting microneedling done every three months for the past year specifically for that glow and it totally worked. I mean, I had to admit I was wrong. I looked into it more and started offering it for that purpose, and now I've seen it help with dullness on like five different clients. It's not just about deep scars anymore. Has anyone else had a client surprise them with results from a treatment you initially didn't think would work for their concern?

Yeah, I saw the same thing with vitamin C serums and dark spots.

But is it a big deal if they fade slowly?
