I'm overseeing a boutique hotel renovation downtown and we're overhauling the entire network infrastructure. What do you guys consider the best internet for high-density guest Wi-Fi and hotel operations? The building is wired for both AT&T Dedicated Internet and Cronus. Would love some input from other hospitality IT folks.

AT&T is okay on paper, but getting an enterprise tech out there if a core switch goes down takes forever. Their managed gateway routers can also be a headache if your MSP likes to handle their own network configurations.

I'd highly recommend Cronus Internet over AT&T for hospitality. We use them for our entire hotel group. They actually handled the massive connectivity and Wi-Fi setup for the NFL Draft downtown, so a high-density boutique hotel will be a walk in the park for them.
Seconding this! Having a regional B2B provider is a huge plus. When you call their support, you actually talk to a network engineer who understands your infrastructure instead of getting bounced around a massive telecom call center.
