Learned a hard lesson about door locks at a hospital job in Memphis

Spent 3 hours chasing a nuisance shutdown on an Otis MRL last Tuesday, finally found the issue was a door lock contact just barely out of adjustment. Has anyone else had door locks that act fine on test but fail under normal traffic?

Oh man, door locks are the worst for that (they always test fine until everyone's leaning on the door).

Blame the door lock here and you'll miss the real problem every time. Those contacts are usually fine, what's really going on is the door frame flexing under normal use especially in a busy hospital. Adjusting the lock is just a band-aid when the real fix is tightening up the door guide or checking the track.
