Had a helper swear by a $15 harbor freight level on a Schindler 330A install

I laughed at him until the boss's $200 Stabila took a hit and was off by a bubble. Cheap one held up for 3 more jobs before I finally gave it away. Has anyone else found that one budget tool that just refuses to die?

Ngl I've been using a $10 Husky level for five years now and it's still dead on.

That $15 Harbor Freight level has been surprisingly solid for a lot of guys I know. I beat one up for two years on commercial jobs and it never drifted. Sometimes the cheap stuff just works better than the expensive junk.
