Serious question, I noticed the chat on the Whyte Ave webcam feed went from maybe 5 messages an hour to a constant scroll after they added that new moderation bot in March.

I mean, it's wild how much more people are talking now that the spam and weird links are gone, so has anyone else found a local chat that actually got better with more rules?

Yeah five an hour is dead lol. I was in a group chat that went silent for three days once.

My family group chat dropped to maybe two messages a day last month... it was like watching a plant wilt. I felt that silence @schmidt.reese mentioned, just checking my phone to a blank screen. You start wondering if you said something wrong, or if everyone just got busy at once. Five an hour sounds like a party compared to that ghost town feeling.
