My whole chat feed glitched out right before the Oilers game last night...
I was on the Edmonton Chat site, trying to see what people were saying about the lineup, and the whole page just froze. It happened around 6:45 PM, right as I was refreshing. I had to close the tab and clear my browser cache to get it working again. Missed the first few minutes of the pre-game buzz because of it. Anyone else have the site act up on them recently?

You said you had to clear your cache to get it working. Honestly, that sounds like a local problem on your end, not the site. My feed was totally fine last night, no glitches at all. I was on there right at 6:45 and it was smooth. Sometimes a single browser tab can hang up, but that doesn't mean the whole site crashed. I've had that happen with other sites when my own internet hiccuped for a second.

I've been on that Edmonton Chat site almost every game night for the last month and it's been running slow or freezing up on me at least 3-4 times. Last night I had the same thing happen around 7:00, not just with one tab but with the whole browser locking up. It's not just a "local problem" when multiple people are reporting the same exact timing and behavior. Clearing your cache is just the standard fix for a site that's not loading right, not proof that it's your fault. I get that some folks have smooth experiences, but the site's definitely had some issues lately.
