Oh man, it was wild. I had to explain the new coffee machine setup to like ten different coworkers, one after another. They all walked up with the same confused look and asked the exact same question. Felt like I was stuck in a loop by lunchtime.

The real problem is the instructions they left by the machine. If the steps are unclear, people will always ask. Saw a similar thing with our printer. The sign said "select duplex mode" but nobody knew which menu that was in. They need pictures or a QR code to a quick video. Just text leaves too much room for guesswork.
