I just hit 50 slow cooker meals in my recipe binder...

I was cleaning out my kitchen drawer last week and found my old binder where I scribble down recipes. I counted them and there were exactly 50, all slow cooker stuff. It surprised me because I always thought I just made the same three things... turns out I've been trying new stuff for years without even noticing. Anyone else have a collection they didn't realize was so big?

Ha, that's awesome! I had the same thing happen with my Pinterest board for soups, which somehow has over 70 pins. You just keep adding one more and never look back at the whole pile.

My grandma's recipe box is like that. She has a whole section just for different ways to make meatloaf, clipped from newspapers going back to the 70s. I bet she's never made half of them, but she still adds a new one every time she sees it. It's more about collecting the idea than actually cooking it.
