My buddy Matt swore he couldn't cook eggs until his grandma's 1950s pamphlet showed him how to flip a fried egg without breaking the yolk. He called me bragging about it for ten minutes straight.

Yeah the trick is getting a good wrist snap and not being scared of the spatula. Once you commit to the flip it's like 90% confidence and 10% luck.
