Finally counted how many sheets I hung in a year and it blew my mind

I was cleaning out my truck and found all my old job tickets from last year. I added them up and it came to 1,842 sheets of 4x12. That's a crazy number to see written down, and it made me realize how much mud and tape I've gone through. Anyone else ever track their sheet count and get surprised by the total?

My buddy did that once, he was a taper too. He kept all his cutoffs in a shed for a whole year just to see the pile. When he finally cleaned it out, he filled a whole dumpster with just scrap drywall. He said it looked impossible, like there's no way one guy made that much trash.

Damn, that's a ton of board. Did you figure out how many linear feet of tape that ended up being, or is that too much math lol
