Saw a new way to handle silt curtains at a job on the Ohio River
We were working near Louisville last fall and the current was stronger than usual... our usual curtain setup kept getting pulled under. One of the older guys on site had us double-stake the bottom line with 50-pound anchors every 10 feet instead of 20. It held the curtain vertical and cut our turbidity readings by half in a day. Anyone else had to change their curtain game for a fast river?

Ever try a heavier curtain fabric itself, or was it all about the anchor spacing?

Did you check the rod weight rating first?

Last year I bought heavier-duty curtain fabric and completely ignored the rod rating, ended up with a bent rod in two weeks. Your post made me actually check the specs on my new rods and I was shocked how many of them were only rated for light weight fabrics. Definitely changed how I look at curtain hardware now.
