Just found out my cutterhead hasn't been clocked right for 6 months
Was reading a maintenance log from the previous shift and noticed a chart I'd never seen before. Turns out my teeth were wearing uneven because of a 2 degree misalignment. Has anyone else discovered a simple fix like this and felt stupid for not catching it sooner?

Man oh man, that is a rough one to find out about. I totally get that sinking feeling in your stomach when you realize something was off for that long. It is not stupid at all though, those charts can be easy to miss when you are just focused on getting through a shift. Six months is a good chunk of time but at least you caught it before it got way worse or ruined a whole set of teeth. You are not alone in this, trust me.

Yeah, those chart mix-ups are brutal. My friend missed a cavity for nearly a year because of a similar chart error.
