Found a 1969 dredge logbook in my uncle's basement last weekend
The entry on July 14th showed they pumped 2,700 cubic yards in one shift with a 14-inch cutterhead, which is almost double what I do with modern gear - where do you even start when you're trying to match that kind of output?

Wait you ran a smaller cutterhead? That's wild, I figured bigger would always be better in that situation.
