The time I accidentally sent a floor plan to a client with a giant cartoon duck on it

I was working late on a townhouse project in Charlotte and must have left a hidden layer on from a joke file my coworker sent. The client called the next morning asking if the duck was a new plumbing fixture. I had to explain it was a drafting error and re-send the file in about ten minutes flat. Anyone else ever sent a file with a surprise doodle in it?

Honestly the real fear is sending the wrong file to a client on purpose. Like I've almost attached the "notes for boss" version instead of the clean one.

Forget the wrong file, my nightmare is sending the right file but from the wrong folder. Like the final draft is in 'Project X Final' but you grab the one from 'Project X Old Drafts' that has all the deleted rant paragraphs still in the comments. The naming saves you but your heart stops for a second.
