Pro tip: I used to spend 20 minutes manually cleaning my scale ruler with scrap paper until I bought a $5 rubber eraser from an art supply store in Denver
Now I just rub it down in 30 seconds flat, and the lines come out way cleaner on my transparent triangles too, has anyone else found a cheap fix that saved them a ton of time on the drafting board?

Oh yeah, a good eraser is a total game changer. I picked up one of those white plastic erasers at the dollar store and it cleared up my drafts in no time compared to the gum ones I was using before.

Wait, are you telling me that dollar store eraser works better than the name brand ones I've been spending way too much on... I feel so robbed right now. Seriously, I've got a drawer full of those pink gum erasers that just smudge everything into a gray mess. Maybe I should give up on my fancy art store erasers and hit up the dollar aisle instead, huh...
