Finally chose between manual and digital drafting for my home renovation project

I went with manual drafting after 8 years of digital work because it helped me catch a measurement error on the foundation layout that would have cost $2,000, and now I'm wondering if anyone else switches back and forth depending on the job?

Makes you wonder how many digital shortcuts we're missing in other areas too.

Definitely makes you think, @david_adams... especially about all those little things in our daily lives we just accept as normal. Like how we still use physical keys for most locks even though digital ones are way more secure and convenient. Or the way we still manually sort through emails when filters and rules could handle 90 percent of it. There's probably a bunch of time-savers hiding right in plain sight that we haven't bothered to dig up yet.
