At a shop talk in Seattle last week a master drafter told me to stop using the polyline tool so much and switch to block references for repetitive details

He timed me on a window schedule and I finished 40% faster with blocks, has anyone else had an old school trick that totally changed their drafting speed?

So did that master drafter show you why blocks are faster, or was it just a timing thing?

Yeah, he walked me through the stack, and the way they use memory just cuts out all that waiting.
