I was totally against staining pages until I tried coffee and it looked amazing
I thought dark edges were just a gimmick for booktok, but I tried a cold brew soak on a cheap paperback and the uneven vintage look was way better than I expected. The smell is still there after 3 months too. Has anyone else had luck with tea instead?

lol it's funny how we resist stuff until we actually try it and realize it's actually cool. reminds me of how everyone was against mismatched furniture until suddenly it was the whole vibe in every apartment.
