Got burned by a 'reliable' co-working space in Lisbon, check before you pay

I usually roll my eyes at people who say to vet co-working spots, but I booked a month at this place near Cais do Sodre based on great reviews. Turned out the wifi dropped every 20 minutes and the power outlets were dead in half the desks, cost me 320 euros to learn that lesson. I lost two client calls and had to camp at a Starbucks for three days. Anyone else had a fancy-looking space fall apart on them, and what do you actually check before committing now?
