Coworking spaces in Chiang Mai vs Bali - no contest

I spent 6 weeks working from coworking spots in Chiang Mai last year and everyone kept telling me Bali was way better. Finally tried Bali for a month and honestly the wifi in Canggu was spotty as heck, dropped calls twice during client meetings. Chiang Mai's Punspace had consistent 50mbps fiber and I never lost connection once. Anyone else prefer the quieter setups over the trendy beach vibes?

Different strokes for different folks I guess. Punspace was solid for me too, but I worked out of Dojo in Bali for three months and only had one day of real trouble. The beach mornings and riding a scooter to a warung for lunch beat staring at the same old mall food court in Chiang Mai. Maybe you just got unlucky with the wifi in Canggu, that spot can be a gamble depending on where exactly you stay. Quiet is nice but I need the chaos to feel alive sometimes.

Canggu wifi depends entirely on which block you're on, so I carry a backup hotspot everywhere now.
