That $45 Procreate brush pack I bought was a total scam

I dropped 45 bucks on a brush set from some artist on Gumroad last week cause the previews looked amazing. Turned out they were just slightly tweaked versions of free brushes I already had. No texture difference at all. Anyone else get burned by overpriced brush packs?

I read somewhere that a lot of those expensive brush packs are just free ones someone tweaked and repackaged. Total scam vibes for real.

Whoa hold on... you're telling me people are actually just renaming free brushes and charging 30 bucks for them? That's wild if it's true, I've seen some of those packs going for like 40 or 50 dollars on certain sites. Honestly wouldn't surprise me though, I've downloaded a few free ones that looked exactly like the paid ones my buddy bought... same exact swirly patterns and everything.
