Shoutout to the artist who color matched their whole folio to Pantone chips
Last week at a small gallery opening in Portland, I noticed someone had their portfolio pieces all lined up with actual Pantone swatches glued beside each print. It was wild how perfect the match was between the screen version and physical print. I spent like 10 minutes just staring at one piece trying to find a difference. Has anyone else seen artists do this kind of physical color proofing at a show?

Did you catch the Rothko room while you were there? That whole wing is something else, the way the colors just swallow you up. I kept going back to it, couldn't stay away. @victorclark, pretty sure I spent 20 minutes just staring at one painting before security gave me a look.
