Our park's new digital art screen has more bugs than my old laptop

The city installed this big LED display to show rotating digital art from residents, but it constantly flickers and shows distorted colors. Last week during the unveiling, my piece looked like a glitchy mess because the refresh rate was all wrong. It's pretty embarrassing when you're trying to showcase your work and the tech fails so badly in public.
