Wrote off hot shot loads as a scam, then a guy in Amarillo proved me wrong in 3 weeks
I always figured those hot shot outfits were just brokers skimming money off guys desperate for work, so I ignored them for 2 years while my truck sat. A shop owner in Amarillo talked me into taking one run hauling a rebuilt 6.7 block down to Lubbock, paid $1.10 a mile and the check cleared same day. Any of you running hot shot steady, or is this just dumb luck on one good load?
