Just dropped $250 on a new fuel pressure test kit and it found a problem in 10 minutes.

Man that infrared thermometer trick with the trailer hubs blows my mind a little. I've been chasing a weird heat issue on my truck's rear axle for months using just my hand and guessing. Thirty degrees difference is huge, I can't believe I never thought of just pointing a thermometer at it instead of burning my knuckles trying to feel for hot spots. That's a solid trick. I started checking my trailer hubs with one after a long drive. The hot one is always at least 30 degrees warmer than the others. It's way faster than trying to listen for a growl or feeling for play.
