TIL that $70 hard drive dock from 2008 outlived three laptops

Bought it at a Fry's in Sacramento back then just to pull files off an old drive, and it's still the only way I can read my old IDE disks since nothing supports them now. Anyone else got a dead-simple piece of gear that just refuses to quit?
