That Saturday when I found a full food court still set up at Granite Run Mall
Went exploring at Granite Run Mall near Media, Pennsylvania last October and walked into the food court area around 11 AM. Every single table still had trays, cups, and half-eaten pretzels like everyone just vanished mid lunch. Found a Sbarro receipt dated September 2014 on the counter. Has anyone else stumbled across a mall that looks like it froze in time like that?

I feel you on that, it's honestly kind of sad when you think about it. A whole food court frozen like that, with someone's half eaten lunch just sitting there, it gives me the creeps and makes me wonder what happened to that person. Did you notice if the lights were even still on when you went in?

A receipt from 2014? That is wild. I can't believe a whole food court sat untouched like that for almost a decade with half-eaten pretzels still on the tables. The cups and trays must have been moldy or covered in dust at that point. September 2014 is so specific too, like someone just walked off mid meal and never looked back. That place must have some serious rodents by now.
