Shoutout to the 14 stores left in the old Crestwood mall in Ohio, that's the cutoff I use now
I walked the Crestwood mall last month and counted 14 open stores out of what used to be over 90, and that number is my new rule for spotting a place on its way out. Anything under 15 and you can bet the owner is just riding out the lease, the food court had 2 spots left and one was a phone case kiosk. Curious what headcount you all use before you call a mall officially dead.
