Found an old Sears catalog desk at the Northlake Mall in Atlanta

I was poking around the old Northlake Mall last weekend, and one of the empty storefronts still had a customer service desk that looked straight out of a 1980s Sears catalog - complete with a wood-grain counter and a dusty sign. It got me thinking about how that mall held on until 2020 before closing, even with anchors like Sears and Macy's long gone. Has anyone else found weird leftover fixtures that tell a story about what a mall used to be like?

I used to think old mall stuff was just junk but that desk sounds cool.

Wait, hold on - you actually thought old mall stuff was junk? That's WILD to me. Some of those old mall directories and store signs are absolute gold, especially the ones from the 80s and 90s. I've seen people pay serious money for those big department store directories with the light-up panels.
