Unpopular opinion: that $130 phone game controller is my biggest tech regret

Bought it 4 years ago for my old Galaxy S8 and used it maybe 3 times total before it started yellowing in a drawer. The clips never held the phone tight and the joysticks drifted within a month. Anyone actually get real use out of one of these or did we all get sold the same dream?
